Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds will be given for the purchase price of an item returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to the nature of the products (i.e. lingerie) all returns and exchanges MUST be in a NEW and UNUSED condition. Returned item(s) must include any/all accessories if applicable.

As stated on the Refund/Exchange Slip (the one with the bar-code) that was included with your order, please try on the Chest Saver you ordered as soon as possible. Do not remove labels. Adjust straps as necessary and lie on your side to insure proper fit and chest coverage. Please determine that the size, comfort and breast separation is satisfactory prior to removal of the tags and actual anti-wrinkle use.

Ship to the return address provided on the product tag.

We suggest you ship any refunds or exchanges via USPS Mail with a tracking number rather than UPS as UPS typically arrives after we are closed.
