Please read all instructions carefully. As stated in your product instructions that are included with every order, please try on the ChestSavers product you ordered as soon as possible. Do not remove labels (we understand with the 'Original' ChestSavers you must remove the size label). Adjust straps as necessary and lie on your side to insure proper fit and chest coverage. Please determine that the size, comfort and breast separation is satisfactory and that the product you ordered is successful in flattening and smoothing your chest area prior to removal of the tags and actual overnight anti-wrinkle use. You will know, based on the test of trying on the product(s) and lying on your side, whether the product will be successful for your own personal use.
At ChestSavers our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, an exchange or refund can be granted upon the return to our return/exchange facility within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) (subject to the rules and policies set forth below), at which time we'll gladly exchange it for another item or give you a refund (excluding shipping charges), whichever you prefer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the products (i.e. lingerie) all returns and exchanges MUST be in a NEW and UNUSED condition.
Returned item(s) must include any/all accessories if applicable. Although our feedback and re-orders prove our products are effective for most women, we understand and are sensitive to the fact that not every product works for every woman due to body shape, etc. However, we will not accept exchanges or refunds of products which have been blemished with wear, makeup, oils, lotions, deodorant, pet hair, etc.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all instructions, tags, manuals and accessories (if applicable).
NO Returns/Exchanges on:
- USED and/or SOILED ITEMS (whether by makeup, deodorant, lotion, pet hair, etc.)
- ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER THE 14 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD
- ITEMS WITHOUT AN RMA#
Rules & Policies:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. Please click on the link below to request an RMA# or you may Contact our customer service department for the pertinent return/exchange information and non-postage paid shipping label. As stated on your invoice, the address on your invoice is not a return/exchange address.
ChestSavers reserves the right to refuse a late or used return or exchange.
ChestSavers reserves the right to charge a cleaning/promotional restocking fee of 25% on all returns as returned items are used as promotional items only and not resold.
Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made. If it was paid by check, the refund will only be made after 10 business days have elapsed from the date of purchase.
