Fat Injections


Fat injections improve contour, correct defects, or enhance features using your body's own fat that is transferred from one location to another. Fat is removed through a tiny puncture wound and injected through a blunt needle. No incison is necessary.

Fat injections can be used to contour cheeks, jaw, brows, under eyes, and lips.

The length of surgery is usually 1-3 hours with a local anesthesia and with mild sedation. The surgery is usually done on an out-patient basis.

The risks of fat injections are lumpiness, fat resorbtion,shifting, or visiblilty, asymmetry, and infection.
